Seven Seas Cod liver oil contains Vitamin D which increases the uptake of calcium in the body and is a prerequisite for strong bones, contributes to the maintenance of muscle function and to the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the function of bones, teeth and cartilage and supports a healthy immune system.
EPA & DHA found in Omega-3 Fish Oils support normal heart function, the maintenance of normal vision and normal brain function and helps to maintain the body’s metabolism and circulation.

DIRECTIONS: Can be taken on its own or mixed with milk or fruit juice.
