BetterYou Boost Vitamin B12 Daily Oral Spray is specially formulated to deliver vitamin B12 through the soft tissue of the mouth for optimal absorption. Normally vitamin B12 can be a very hard nutrient to absorb but the tiny droplets provide faster nutrient uptake than tablets or capsules. Each dosage (4 sprays) delivers 1200μg of vitamin B12 along with 40μg of chromium and 0.5mg of green tea extract.

Adults & Children aged over 3 years: Carefully spray 4 times against the inner cheek and hold for a few seconds. Research has found this to be the most absorbent area. Halve the dosage for children under 12 years of age as their additional daily supplementation need is lower than that of an adult.
