A Very Excited Review of the New Snuggle Soother!

August 29, 2018 by WonderBaba Blog

I don’t know many mums who would say they like getting up in the night for something as tedious as picking up a soother that their baby has flung out of the cot! Don’t get me wrong – I’ve always been happy to get up if someone needed a feed or was unwell (hope husband isn’t reading this as he knows ‘happy’ may be slightly untrue….!) but for some reason searching for a soother when four hours a go I left 300 in the cot just wrecks my cranky tired head!

So when one of my favourite products – the Sleepytot – disappeared off the market I was distraught – my easy fix product was gone!  It was no surprise to the girls in the Pharmacy that I was ecstatic when I came across the new Snuggle soother which offers the same functionality but in an insanely adorable array of animals! Dare I say it….they may even be cuter… don’t tell the bunny!!

The snuggle soother is an incredibly soft lovely toy which has been well designed to hold your baby’s soother and also keep it close by!  Its shape is actually a little better than the sleepytot as it has proper legs which help to balance the toy on your child’s chest whilst they are sucking their soother. The lovely little limbs also provide an easy grip for your baby’s small hands.

I love that it has a strong attachment clip – this thing is heavy duty like!!! It really needs to be opened for it to come off which is great – no more missing soothers!!

There’s a little rattle inside which makes it engaging for your little one – but it makes such a gentle noise that it’s not a distraction for sleep time!

It comes with a fully silicone soother attached which my little fella quite happily accepted!! He’s not the most loyal in terms of soother brand it turns out!  But no matter which brand of soother you choose to use it is easily attached on and off the toy.  It even comes with an attachment for button soothers such as Mam branded ones.

The styles are adorable and if I had a little girl who was still using a soother I think my head would be completely turned by the Unicorn but as I have a young man I gave him a choice and he went with the Giraffe – mind you his sisters wanted him to go with the Elephant so it’s a tough call!!

All Snuggle Soother Toys are made from super soft plush and stuffed with PP cotton they’re machine washable and include a 100% silicone pacifier, and 100% Silicone Ring adaptor they’re BPA and Phthalate free.

The size is 6 inch wide x 7 inch high.
